Let’s explain 3D Mapping
Using drones to map the world in 3D is one of the most spectacular and rewarding things I’ve done. I’ve worked in this field commercially since 2013. When I started, equipment was crude. If you’re starting now, you have access to better drones and software.
But some of the concepts are tricky. I created Vertiguy to create a conversation about 3D Mapping – one of the most amazing things you will ever do with a drone!
eVTOL – my other passion
Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing aircraft are coming. The drones that we fly are paving the way for giant versions to carry humans.
If you fly drones, you’ve probably wondered when we will be able to ride in scaled-up versions. Now, with billions of dollars of investment, we are a just few years away from regular scheduled passenger flights. Wow!
